/KASE, May 25, 2022/ – National company Food contract corporation JSC
(Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has informed KASE about decisions of its sole shareholder dated
May 12, 2022.
The sole shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to increase the number of announced shares of the company by issuing 20.0
million ordinary shares;
- after the state registration of the issue of announced shares, to issue 20 mln
shares of the company at the placement price of KZT1,000 per share for a
total of KZT20.0 bn.
