/KASE, May 25, 2022/ – Dosjan temir joly JSC (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about decisions of
the annual general meeting of its shareholders held on May 23, 2022.
Shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's financial statements for 2021;
- not to distribute the company's net income for 2021 due to the negative
equity.
