/KASE, May 24, 2022/ – AstanaGas KMG (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
the annual general meeting of its shareholders will start on May 27, 2022 at
10:00 o'clock, with the agenda as follows:
- approval of the company's 2021 annual financial statements;
- approval of the procedure of distributing the company's net income for 2021
and amount of dividends per ordinary share of the company;
- information about shareholders' complaints over actions of the company and
its executives and results of their consideration in 2021;
- discontinuation of powers of a member of the company's Board of Directors
and election of a member of the company's Board of Directors.
