/KASE, May 23, 2022/ – KEGOC JSC (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about the following:

We hereby inform you that by order No. 67-OD of the Committee for the
Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the
Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 22, 2022, temporary compensatory tariffs for
regulated services for transmission of electric power, technical dispatching of
supply to the grid and consumption of electric power and the organization of
balancing of production-consumption of electric power by KEGOC were
approved with effect from June 1, 2022 to May 31, 2023.
At the same time, KEGOC is challenging this order in court. As an interim
measure, the Company filed a solicitation to suspend the said order for the
period until the court decision is issued.
The results of consideration by the court of the above solicitation of KEGOC
will be announced later.
