/KASE, May 23, 2022/ – AstanaGas KMG JSC (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
by a decision of the Board of Directors dated May 4, 2022, the following changes
were made to the composition of the company's Management Board:
- excluded: S. Makashev – Chairman of the Management Board, T. Burambayev –
member of the Management Board;
- elected: T. Altybayeva – member of the Management Board, A. Shynybayev –
member of the Management Board.
Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of AstanaGas
KMG JSC consists of three people: A. Sermagulov, T. Altybayeva, A. Shynybayev.
