/KASE, May 20, 2022/ – Subsidiary Bank "Home Credit and Finance Bank"
JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated
May 17, 2022 Gorak Karel, a member of the Board of Directors, was excluded
from the bank's Board of Directors.
Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Subsidiary Bank
"Home Credit and Finance Bank" JSC consists of four people: Bachvarov Kiril
Atanasov, Rozegnal Pavel, A. Saidenov, Polachek Bokhumil.
