/KASE, May 20, 2022/ – KazAzot (Aktau), whose shares are officially listed on
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of
the general meeting of shareholders dated May 17, 2022, the following changes
were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:
- removed: K. Iskaziyev – member of the Board of Directors, independent
director;
- elected: A. Mangitov – member of the Board of Directors, independent
director.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of KazAzot JSC
consists of five persons: B. Ablazimov, K. Ibrashev, R. Ayazbayev, A.
Mauleshev, A. Mangitov.
