/KASE, May 19, 2022/ – Life insurance company "Freedom Finance Life" JSC (Almaty),
whose shares are listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about the decisions of the sole shareholder dated May 17, 2022.
The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's financial statements for 2021, confirmed by Deloitte
LLP;
- not to distribute the company's net income earned in 2021, and leave it at the
disposal of the company until a new decision is made. No dividends on
ordinary shares of the company for 2021 shall be accrued or paid.
