/KASE, May 18, 2022/ – KazAgroFinance (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
A. Juanyshbayeva – member of the Board of Directors – was excluded from the
Board of Directors, following her own initiative.
Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of KazAgroFinance
JSC consists of five persons: N. Aidapkelov, A. Murzagaliyeva, A. Prashev, R.
Orazbayev, S. Madiyev.
