/KASE, May 17, 2022/ – "Caspiy" Commodity Exchange JSC (Nur-Sultan), whose
shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE about decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on
May 16, 2022.
Shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's consolidated and separate financial statements for
2021;
- to approve the decision not to distribute the company's net income for 2021
and not to pay dividends on ordinary shares for 2021.
