/KASE, May 16, 2022/ – Aktobe Oil Equipment Plant (Aktobe), whose shares
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE
that the annual general meeting of its shareholders with the following agenda
will begin on June 15, 2022 at 10:00 o'clock:
- on approval of the company's financial statements for 2021;
- on determining the procedure for distributing the company's net income for
2021 and the amount of dividend per ordinary share of the company;
- on consideration of the issue of shareholders' appeals against actions of the
company and its executives and the results of their consideration.
