/KASE, May 16, 2022/ – Agrarian Credit Corporation (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by
a decision of the sole shareholder dated April 26, 2022, S. Madiyev was elected
a member of the Board of Directors, an independent director.
Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of "Agrarian Credit
Corporation" JSC consists of seven people: N. Aidapkelov, A. Juanyshbayeva, V.
Son, A. Ashirbekov, Dinkelaker Jorg Andreas, Weinstein Michael, S. Madiyev.
