/KASE, May 13, 2022/ – RG Brands Kazakhstan LLP (Almaty), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about the decisions of its sole partner dated April 21, 2022:
- to approve the results of activities of the partnership for 2021;
- to pay to the sole partner of the partnership, which is RG Brands JSC,
the net income for 2021 in the amount of KZT6,539,074,000 and the net
income for 2012–2019 in the amount of KZT539,022,500.
