/KASE, May 11, 2022/ – National managing holding "Baiterek" JSC (Nur-Sultan),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that from May 4, 2022, it began to own a 49 % stake in the
authorized capital of Amanat jer 2020 LLP.
