NC Kazakhstan temir zholy JSC (KTZh), a 100% state-owned national transport
and logistics operator of the Republic of Kazakhstan, rated at Baa3 (Stable) by
Moody's, at BBB- (Stable) by Fitch and at BB (Stable) by S&P, has instructed
Citi and Société Générale as Joint Lead Managers and Joint Bookrunners, and
SkyBridge Invest as Lead Manager of Kazakhstan to organize a Global Investor
Call at 1 o'clock UKT / 2 o'clock CET / 8 o'clock NYT on May 6, 2022 and a
Kazakh Investor Call at 4 o'clock, Nur-Sultan time, on May 6, 2022, and a series
of calls/meetings with individual investors also starting on May 6, 2022.
Depending on market conditions, a 3-year Reg S/144A USD-denominated senior
unsecured Eurobond issuance will follow. ICMA/FCA stabilization applies.
