/KASE, May 4, 2022/ – AMF Group (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about decisions of
the annual general meeting of its shareholders held on April 26, 2022.
Shareholders, inter alia, took the following decisions:
- to approve the consolidated and separate financial statements of the
company for 2021;
- to approve the distribution of net income for 2021 for payment of dividends on
ordinary shares, excluding distributed net income for the payment of dividends
for the first nine months of 2021;
- to set the amount of dividend at KZT20 per ordinary share;
- to determine the record date as April 27, 2022;
- to determine the start date for dividend payments as April 28, 2022.
