/KASE, May 3, 2022/ – From May 4, 2022, the following international bonds of
the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine will be admitted to circulation in the
"Unlisted securities" sector of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE):
- XS1902171757 (UA_01_2811; $1,600,000,000; 01.11.18 – 01.11.28; semi-annual
coupon, 9.75 % APR; 30/360);
- XS1303921214 (UA_03_2209; $1 383 692 000; 01.09.15 – 01.09.22, semi-annual
coupon, 7.75 % APR; 30/360);
- XS1303921487 (UA_04_2309; $1 355 231 000; 01.09.15 – 01.09.23, semi-annual
coupon, 7.75 % APR; 30/360).
Until May 3, 2022, these bonds were in the "Government securities" sector of
KASE official list.
Exclusion of the said securities from the "Government securities" sector of KASE
official list and admission to circulation in the "Unlisted securities" sector
was carried out on the initiative of the brokerage organization, which
initiated the inclusion of these securities in KASE official list – Freedom
Finance JSC.
We remind you that the "Unlisted securities" sector is an exchange analogue of
the OTC market.
