/KASE, April 28, 2022/ – Subsidiary Organization VTB Bank (Kazakhstan)
(Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated
April 25, 2022, the following persons were removed from the composition of the
bank's Management Board:
- A. Mangitov – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, member of the
Management Board;
- A. Badykov – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, member of the
Management Board.
Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of the Subsidiary
VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) JSC consists of three people: D. Zabello, A. Nelina,
Archil Usanetashvili.
