/KASE, April 27, 2022/ – Insurance company Amanat JSC (Almaty), whose shares
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about decisions of its sole shareholder dated April 22, 2022.
The sole shareholder, among other things, took the following decisions:
- to approve the company's financial statements for 2021, audited by
independent auditors of Grant Thornton LLP;
- not to distribute the company's net income for 2021, not to accrue or pay
dividends for 2021 on ordinary shares of the company.
