/KASE, April 27, 2022/ – Centras Securities (Almaty), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
following a decision of the Board of Directors dated April 25, 2022 the
following changes were made to the composition of the Management Board:
- excluded: M. Akinov – Chairman of the Management Board;
- elected: T. Kamarov – Chairman of the Management Board.
Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of Centras Securities
JSC consists of three people: T. Kamarov, A. Almerekova, M. Melanich.
