Halyk Finance (Almaty, in the heading – Halyk Finance) today provided
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) with the following communique:

Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC ("DBK"), a 100% state-owned national
development institution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, rated BBB (stable) on the
Fitch scale, Baa2 (stable) on the Moody's scale, and BBB- (stable) on the S&P
scale, has authorized Citi, Halyk Finance, J.P. Morgan and MUFG to act as Joint
Bookrunners and J.P. Morgan to act as Financial Development Structuring Agent
and organize a conference call with global investors to be held on April 26,
2022 at 13:00 o'clock, London time, / 14:00 o'clock, CET / 8:00 o'clock, New
York time, a conference call with investors in Kazakhstan, which is going to be
held on 26 April 2022 at 17:00 o'clock, Nur-Sultan time, and a series of
individual conference calls with investors starting from April 26 April 2022.
Further, subject to market conditions, the will follow an issuance of senior
unsecured USD-denominated Eurobonds with an expected indicative volume of
USD500 mln with a maturity of 3 years, being placed in accordance with Rule
144A and Regulation S.
Additionally, DBK announces an invitation to holders of its outstanding 4.125%
coupon bonds maturing in 2022 (Reg S: XS0860582435/144A:US25159XAB91)
to participate in a tender on cash redemption of bonds for a total principal
amount of up to USD700 mln. Deadline for early bird orders collection is May 9,
2022, and voting ends on May 23, 2022 in accordance with the purchase offer
dated April 26, 2022. FCA/ICMA stabilization applies.
Halyk Finance JSC, acting as Joint Bookrunner, announces a conference call for
potential investors from Kazakhstan, which will be held on April 26, 2022 at
17:00 o'clock, Nur-Sultan time.
