According to the auditor's opinion, the financial statements reflect reliably in
all significant relations the financial position of Subsidiary Bank "Home
Credit and Finance Bank" as of December 31, 2021, as well as its financial
results and cash flows for the year ended as of the specified date, in
accordance with the IFRS.
