/KASE, April 21, 2022/ – AsiaAgroFood (Almaty region), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will begin on May 5, 2022
at 10:00 o'clock, the agenda of which lists four issues, including:
- on making changes to a major interested party transaction (a set of related
transactions);
- on amendments to an interested party transaction.
