/KASE, April 20, 2022/ – Shubarkol komir (Karagandy), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will begin on May 20, 2022
at 13:00 o'clock, with the sole issue on the meeting agenda being the issue of
making changes to a major interested party transaction.
