statements for 2021.

The bank's financial statements for 2021 were audited by KPMG Audit LLP.
According to the auditor's opinion, the consolidated financial statements
reflect reliably in all significant relations the consolidated financial
position of Development Bank of Kazakhstan and its subsidiaries as of December 31,
2021, as well as their consolidated financial results and consolidated cash
flows for the year ended as of the specified date in accordance with the IFRS.
