BANK CASPIAN OJSC (Kazakhstan) informed about floatation of its subordinated bonds of the second issue

/KASE, October 17, 03/ - BANK CASPIAN OJSC (Almaty), whose securities are circulating in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "А" listing category, has informed KASE about floatation of its indexed on tenge devaluation level subordinated bonds of the second issue (KZ2CKY07A743; CSBNb2; KZT3,100.0 m; KZT20,000; May 28, 03 - May 28, 10; semi-annual coupon 9.5% APR). The number of floated bonds is 155,000 pieces. Prices are not presented. According to the bank's information, during primary floatation residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan purchased 32.3% of all bonds, pension funds - 57.6%, other investors - 10.1%. [2003-10-17]
