/KASE, April 18, 2022/ – KazTransGas Aimak (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
by a decision of the sole shareholder dated April 12, 2022, K. Maksut was
elected as the Chairman of the company's Management Board.
Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of KazTransGas
Aimak JSC consists of five people: K. Maksut, A. Askarova, A. Sissenov, Zh.
Jienbekov, A. Maliev.
