Y. Mukai elected as Chairman of Board of Directors of KazTransGas Aimak

/KASE, April 18, 2022/ – KazTransGas Aimak (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated April 12, 2022, the following changes were made to the composition of the Board of Directors: - removed: T. Zhanuzak – Chairman of the Board of Directors, R. Suleimanov – member of the Board of Directors; - elected: Y. Mukai – Chairman of the Board of Directors, A. Kassnov – member of the Board of Directors. Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of KazTransGas Aimak JSC consists of three people: Y. Mukai, A. Kassnov, Y. Kassenov.
