/KASE, April 15, 2022/ – Kazakhtelecom (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about the exclusion of T. Naizabekov – an independent director – from the Board
of Directors, of his own accord.
Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Kazakhtelecom
JSC consists of eight people: N. Baidauletov, S. Saudabayev, A. Alimov, K.
Yessekeyev, Y. Kussainov, A. Buyanov, Alexander von Gleich, D. Zaika.
