listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE on the payment on
April 13, 2022 of the seventh tranche of dividends on ordinary shares KZ1C00000496
(KASE main market, "standard" category, RGBR) for 2006–2008, 2010, 2011, 2013–2016,
2018–2020 for a total amount of KZT396,656,995.66.
