/KASE, April 15, 2022/ – Subsidiary Bank "Home Credit and Finance Bank" JSC
(Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE),
has informed KASE about decisions of its sole shareholder dated April 13, 2022:
- to approve the annual financial statements of the bank together with the
report of the independent auditor KPMG Audit LLP for 2021;
- not to distribute the bank's net income in the amount of KZT31,493,131,000
and leave it on the account "Retained net income (uncovered loss) of previous
years";
- to appoint KPMG Audit LLP as the bank's auditor for 2022;
- to take note of the information about the absence of shareholders' appeals to
the actions of the bank and its executives;
- to take into account information on the amount and composition of
remuneration for members of the Board of Directors and members of the
Management Board of the bank.
