/KASE, April 15, 2022/ – Fincraft Resources (Almaty), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated March 28, 2022, the
following changes were made to the composition of the Board of Directors:
- removed: A. Kussainov – member of the Board of Directors, independent
director;
- elected: A. Ivanov – member of the Board of Directors, independent director.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Fincraft
Resources JSC consists of five people: K. Rakishev, B. Mukazhanov, P. Mynzhanov,
Y. Kospanov, A. Ivanov.
