/KASE, April 12, 2022/ – "Caspiy" Commodity Exchange (Nur-Sultan), whose
shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE that as of April 8, 2022 it holds a 51 % stake in FSD LLP.
