/KASE, April 12, 2022/ – Batys tranzit (Almaty), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a
decision of the Board of Directors dated April 6, 2022, A. Alimova, a member of
the Management Board, was excluded from the company's Management Board.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Batys tranzit JSC consists
of two people: D. Mautkanov, K. Kaliev.
