/KASE, April 8, 2022/ – Industrial Development Fund JSC (Nur-Sultan), whose
bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE about the decisions of its sole shareholder dated March 31, 2022:
- the net income earned in 2021 in the amount of 8,200,212,326.47 tenge must
not be distributed and must be retained;
- not to pay dividends on ordinary shares of the company for 2021;
- to resubmit for consideration by the sole shareholder of the company the
issue of the distribution of net income and the payment of dividends based on
results of 2021 after the completion of measures to increase the company's
authorized capital.
