/KASE, April 7, 2022/ – Life insurance company "Freedom Finance Life" JSC
(Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated
March 31, 2022, Y. Birtanov was elected as a member of the Board of Directors,
an independent director of the company.
Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Life insurance
company "Freedom Finance Life" JSC consists of four persons: T. Turlov, A.
Yerdessov, I. Mikhailov, Y. Birtanov.
