/KASE, April 6, 2022/ – AK Altynalmas (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that an extraordinary
general meeting of its shareholders will start on April 29, 2022 at 11:00 o'clock,
with the following agenda:
- approval of the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders;
- on the conclusion by the company of a major interested party transaction;
- approval of amendments and additions to the charter of the company;
- making a decision on the acquisition of subsoil use rights.
