/KASE, April 5, 2022/ – ForteBank (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the
following press release:

"ForteBank" JSC (location of the Management Board: 8/1 Dostyk St., Yessil
district, Nur-Sultan Z05P1P0/010017, Republic of Kazakhstan) (hereinafter
referred to as the "Bank") on April 1, 2022 held an annual general meeting of
shareholders, which determined the composition of the Board of Directors of the
Bank in the number of six people, the Board of Directors was re-elected with a
term of office that expires at the time of the annual general meeting of
shareholders of the Bank in 2025.
Thus, at present, the Board of Directors of the Bank is as follows:
- four representatives of the interests of the shareholder: Anuar Utemuratov,
Guram Andronikashvili, Marlen Mirzabekov, Timur Issataev;
- two independent directors: Eldar Abdrazakov, Pandza Hubert Albert.
