/KASE, April 4, 2022/ – Microfinance Organization "OnlineKazFinance" LLP
(Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has notified KASE of the decisions of the general meeting of its
partners held on March 25, 2022.
The partners, among other things, decided to carry out the state re-registration
of the partnership in connection with the acceptance of Microfinance
Organization FintechFinance LLP as a member of the partnership.
