/KASE, March 31, 2022/ – Baiterek Venture Fund (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
that following a decision of the sole shareholder dated March 17, 2022, R.
Iskakov was excluded from the composition of the company's Board of Directors.
Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of "Baiterek
Venture Fund" JSC consists of five people: K. Abuseitov, A. Ushbayev, Zh.
Kutbai, A. Tazhikenov, R. Meyrkhanov.
