/KASE, March 30, 2022/ – JSC Bayan Sulu (Kostanai), whose shares are in the
official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), notified KASE that on
April 28, 2022 at 15:00 hours will begin an extraordinary general meeting of its
shareholders with the following agenda:
- Approval of the agenda for the company's extraordinary general meeting of
shareholders;
- Amendments to the major transaction previously entered into with the
Subsidiary Bank of Sberbank of Russia JSC, which is an interested party
transaction.
