/KASE, March 28, 2022/ – EKOTON+ JSC (Nur-Sultan), whose shares are listed on
the official list of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE of the
decisions of its sole shareholder dated March 24, 2022.
The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:
- based on the results of the third quarter of 2021, a portion of net income in
the amount of 238,281,750 tenge shall be allocated to the payment of
dividends;
- set the dates for payment of dividends: March 25 - June 24, 2022;
- Approve the amount of dividend per common share - 2,118.06 tenge.
