/KASE, March 25, 2022/ – Baiterek Venture Fund JSC (Nur-Sultan), whose
bonds are on the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed
KASE that the following changes were made to the composition of the company's
Board of Directors by the decision of the sole shareholder dated March 3, 2022:
- excluded Eralin A.G. - member of the Board of Directors;
- elected R.T. Meyrkhanov - member of the Board of Directors.
Taking into account the changes, the Board of Directors of Baiterek Venture
Fund JSC consists of six people: Abuseitov K.Kh., Ushbaev A.D., Kutbai Zh.B.,
Tazhikenov A.E., Iskakov R.V., Meyrkhanov R.T.
