Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC informed about the 2nd coupon payment on its euronotes of the first tranche

/KASE, October 13, 03/ - Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Astana) has informed Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) about the fact that on October 10 of 2003, in accordance with the schedule of debt servicing, the bank made the second coupon payment on its first tranche euronotes payable to bearer, which were issued within the framework of the program EMTN (XS0155792186; KASE's official "А" listing category, BRKZe1; $100.0 m.; October 10, 02 - October 10, 07, semi-annual coupon 7.125% APR). According to the bank's information sum of the payment was USD3,563,000.00. According to issue terms coupon payments are made through the Payment Agent, which is Deutsche Bank AG, London. Judging on the mentioned sum of the coupon payment the whole debt, which has been issued within the framework of the first tranche, is in circulation. [2003-10-13]
