/KASE, March 15, 2022/ – First Heartland Jusan Invest JSC (Nur-Sultan),
which is the management company of investment funds, whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
by a decision of the Board of Directors dated March 14, 2022, the following
changes were made to the composition of the company's Management Board:
- removed: N. Aidossov – Chairman of the Management Board;
- elected: M. Kabanov – Chairman of the Management Board, Sh.
Kassymbayeva – member of the Management Board.
Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of First
Heartland Jusan Invest JSC consists of four people: M. Kabanov, D.
Orazbayeva, M. Kosherbayev, Sh. Kassymbayeva.
