/KASE, March 9, 2022/ – AK Altynalmas (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a
decision of the Board of Directors dated February 25, 2022, M. Nussipova was
elected a member of the company's Management Board.
Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of AK Altynalmas
JSC consists of five people: D. Kanashev, B. Jalolov, K. Rakhishov, Cleghorn
Simon James, M. Nussipova.
