/KASE, March 9, 2022/ – AMF Group (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that from
March 5, 2022, it began to own a 100 % stake in the authorized capital of
Vegetables warehouse Sinegorye LLP.
