/KASE, March 5, 2022/ – Subsidiary Organization VTB Bank (Kazakhstan)
(Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), informed KASE that D. Kydyrbayev was excluded from the bank's Board
of Directors on his own initiative
Taking into account the changes, the Board of Directors of the Subsidiary
Organization VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) consists of five persons: D. Bortnikov, S.
Stepanov, I. Shaimardanov, A. Kaliev, K. Dosmukametov.
