/KASE, March 3, 2022/ – NC Kazakhstan temir zholy JSC (Nur-Sultan), whose
bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated February 18, 2022, the
following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of
Directors:
- removed: B. Akchulakov – member of the Board of Directors, A. Kravchenko –
member of the Board of Directors, Y. Zhanadil – member of the Board of
Directors;
- elected: Y. Berdigulov – member of the Board of Directors, G. Auganov –
member of the Board of Directors, N. Nurbayeva – member of the Board of
Directors.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of NC Kazakhstan
temir zholy JSC consists of nine people: Kalman Somodi, Ulf Wokurka, N.
Baidauletov, Y. Berdigulov, G. Auganov, John McKay, N. Akhanzaripov, N.
Nurbayeva, N. Sauranbayev.
