/KASE, March 1, 2022/ – Leasing Group (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of supplementing
the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders, scheduled
for March 25, 2022, with the following issue:
- determining the quantitative composition, term of office of the Board of
Directors, election of its members and early termination of their powers, as
well as determining the amount and conditions for payment of remuneration
and compensation of expenses to members of the Board of Directors for the
performance of their duties.
